Once an order has been placed we’re unable to apply a coupon or discount to the order total. The quickest way to resolve this issue is to cancel your order so you can start again and apply your coupon code to the order total.

What you'll need to do is head to the FAQ page, click the My Order section and select the question ‘Can I Cancel My Order?’

Enter your order information and you'll be able to cancel it and receive a full refund. Refunds should hit your account within 48 hours, but can take up to 5-10 working days to appear on your statements.

Please note, this is only possible if your order hasn’t yet been processed.
