We hope you love your order, but understand there may be times when you need to return something to us.

Our returns window for full-price items (inc Multibuy) is within 28 days.

Our returns window for sale items (i.e.,was-now pricing) is within 14 days.

Unless they are defective, we cannot accept returns of personalised products, socks, underwear & swimming trunks. We can only accept women's swimwear for return if the protection liner inside the gusset has not been removed. Any products that have been washed or worn cannot be returned.

You can return your product via our returns portal.

For international returns: 

You will need a printer to generate your returns label. A small fee will be deducted from your refund once processed to account for the returns / exchange costs if you are returning from outside of the United Kingdom.
