How much store credit am I rewarded for sending an item for recycling?

Can you recycle products from other brands?

Yes - we can recover any 100% cotton clothing from any brand (excluding denim or underwear) as well as our own products. They will be remade into new clothing and you will receive store credit each time you send back a parcel, regardless of the condi

Does it matter if it is stained or has holes?

Not at all. We accept products back in any state. We actually encourage you to have holes in them as it means they have lived a wonderful life and been used as much as possible. The only thing we ask is to wash your products before sending back to us
